Welcome to TripnetX ("TripnetX," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TripnetX website, applications, tools, trip-planning services, navigation tools, campsite and activity discovery features, AI-powered recommendations, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TripnetX.

1. Overview of TripnetX

TripnetX is an automation platform for RV and car campers focused on simplifying trip planning, campsite discovery, RV-safe navigation, collaborative meal planning, and expert Q&A features. TripnetX may provide AI-generated recommendations, suggested routes, campsite availability data, and other planning tools. These are assistance tools only and may not be accurate, complete, or current.

TripnetX is currently offered in Alpha/Beta testing phases, which may contain defects, inaccuracies, incomplete features, and interruptions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By using TripnetX, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Beta Software Notice

By using TripnetX in its Alpha/Beta phases, you acknowledge and agree:

• The Services may change frequently without notice
• Features may be added, removed, or modified
• Data may be incomplete or inaccurate
• The system may experience downtime, errors, or instability
• Feedback you provide may be used to improve the platform

TripnetX makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, reliability, or performance of Alpha/Beta features.

5. Important Safety Disclaimers

TripnetX provides planning and informational tools only. You acknowledge that:

5.1 RV-Safe Navigation

TripnetX may provide suggested routes, road constraints, height clearance information, or navigation hints, but:

• TripnetX is not a safety device
• TripnetX is not a certified navigation system
• All routing data may be inaccurate, out-of-date, or incomplete

You are solely responsible for verifying all routes, road conditions, height restrictions, weight limits, turn restrictions, and safety considerations before driving.

5.2 Campsite Information & Reservations

TripnetX may surface campsite data, availability, reviews, or booking links.

• Campsite availability is not guaranteed
• We do not control park systems, reservation systems, or third-party APIs
• We do not guarantee accuracy of parks, pricing, amenities, or availability

5.3 AI-Generated Content

TripnetX uses AI to provide:

• Suggested itineraries
• Route adjustments
• Meal plans
• Activity recommendations
• Answers to user questions

AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You should exercise judgment and verify all critical information independently.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

• Misuse the Services
• Attempt to circumvent security or access controls
• Reverse engineer or scrape the system
• Interfere with system operations
• Submit harmful or unlawful content
• Use TripnetX for emergency or mission-critical navigation

TripnetX is not intended for emergency services or real-time hazard-avoidance.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations

TripnetX integrates with multiple external data providers (e.g., reservation systems, mapping APIs, restaurant data, activities data). We have no control over third-party availability or accuracy.

You agree that TripnetX is not liable for:

• Errors or downtime from third-party systems
• Changes in their APIs or data
• Reservation failures
• Incorrect or outdated activity/campsite information

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design elements, tools, and software of TripnetX are the property of TripnetX and/or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without express written permission.

9. Feedback License

If you submit feedback, ideas, bug reports, or suggestions, you grant TripnetX a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use such feedback for any purpose without compensation.

10. Payments (If Applicable)

If TripnetX offers paid services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees
• Honor billing terms
• Accept that prices may change

Refunds will be governed by the posted Refund Policy.

11. Termination

TripnetX may suspend or terminate your access at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Threats to platform integrity
• Abuse, fraud, or misuse

You may stop using TripnetX at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."

TRIPNETX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OF DATA
• RELIABILITY OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES

TripnetX does not warrant that:

• The Services will be error-free
• Navigation or route data will be accurate
• Campsite availability will be current
• AI output will be correct
• The system will operate without interruption

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

TripnetX shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Personal injury or property damage related to use of the Services
• Route errors, navigation failures, campsite inaccuracies
• Reliance on AI-generated output

In all cases, TripnetX's maximum liability shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid in the prior 12 months—whichever is greater.

You agree to use the Services at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TripnetX and its founders, employees, and partners from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Violations of these Terms
• Your interactions with third-party services
• Your driving, route choices, reservations, or trip decisions

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflicts of law principles.

16. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
