Beta Tester Agreement
Terms and conditions for participating in TripnetX Alpha and Beta testing.
Effective Date: December 8, 2025
Governing Law: State of Washington
This Beta Tester Agreement applies when you participate in the TripnetX Alpha or Beta testing program.
1. Pre-Release Status
You acknowledge that Beta versions may:
- Lose data
- Fail to load
- Provide incorrect navigation
- Display inaccurate campsite info
- Produce faulty AI recommendations
- Change without notice
2. Confidentiality
Unless publicly disclosed by TripnetX, testers agree not to share:
- Screenshots or videos
- Internal documentation
- Feature descriptions
- Non-public URLs
- Private testing discussions
3. Tester Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Report bugs thoughtfully
- Provide honest feedback
- Avoid malicious or destructive testing
- Not exploit beta defects
4. Feedback License
All feedback may be used without restriction or compensation.
5. No Guarantee of Access
TripnetX may revoke Beta access at any time.
6. Limitation of Liability
TripnetX is not liable for any damages arising from Beta use. Liability is $0 during Beta phases.
7. Governing Law
Washington State governs this Agreement.
