Refund Policy

Information about refunds for TripnetX paid services.

Governing Law: State of Washington

This Refund Policy applies to all future paid TripnetX Services.


1. During Alpha/Beta Phases

TripnetX does not charge users.

No refunds apply.

2. Refunds for Paid Subscriptions (Post-Launch)

2.1 First-Time Subscribers

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2.2 Renewal Payments

Renewals are non-refundable, except in cases of:

  • Billing errors
  • Duplicate charges

2.3 No Partial Refunds

TripnetX does not prorate unused time.

3. App Store Purchases

Refund requests must be submitted directly to the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other distribution providers.

TripnetX cannot override third-party policies.

4. Refund Request Process

Email: billing@tripnetx.com

Include:

  • Name
  • Account email
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for refund

Processing time: 5–10 business days for eligible refunds.

5. Fraud or Abuse

TripnetX may deny refunds for misuse, improper behavior, or suspected fraud.
